Pack Your Tools
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
